What you'll do

• Develop supply chain strategy, department budgets, and cost-reduction initiatives
• lead procurement and strategic sourcing
• negotiate supplier agreements and monitor vendor performance
• lead selection and implementation of a purchasing platform
• oversee warehouse, tool room, inventory, and logistics operations
• manage tool and equipment lifecycles
• establish performance metrics
• coordinate demand with operations, project management, fabrication, and field leaders
• develop the team
• ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, safety requirements, and trade and sourcing standards.
