What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, including HVAC filter changes, kitchen-equipment lubrication, and boiler maintenance
• arrange required inspections and coordinate with vendors
• complete minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and sheetrock repairs
• and use blueprints, diagrams, and manuals as needed.
