PM Bistro Attendant

Job overview

The PM Bistro Attendant role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, on the PM shift. Compensation is $14 per hour plus tips. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant serving internal and external guests at the Courtyard by Marriott. The attendant takes and enters orders, prepares and delivers food and beverages, maintains stocked service stations, and responds to guest requests. The role supports guest satisfaction by providing timely service and keeping the work and service areas clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the point-of-sale system
• prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
• respond to guest requests
• know menu items, promotions, and specials
• retrieve and deliver orders
• keep the serving station stocked
• serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable regulations
• maintain guest satisfaction
• clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.
