What you'll do

• Develop and execute outreach initiatives to generate referrals and increase facility census
• build relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, behavioral health agencies, criminal justice organizations, employers, community organizations, and insurers
• educate referral partners about treatment programs
• represent the facility at events
• track referral trends, conversion rates, and market demand
• coordinate with admissions
• ensure outreach complies with ethical guidelines and applicable regulations
• develop educational materials
• conduct facility tours

• monitor industry and regulatory changes.
