What you'll do

• Assess residents and update individualized care plans and nursing documentation
• oversee medication management and audits
• ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits and quality reviews
• lead, mentor, and train care staff
• coordinate with residents, families, staff, and outside providers
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement
• take part in the after-hours, weekend, and emergency on-call rotation.
