What you'll do

• Own Professional Services P&L, bookings, gross margin, capacity planning, and utilization
• partner with Sales on strategic enterprise deals
• develop proposals, presentations, pricing and scoping tools, implementation methods, and runbooks
• design and package service offerings
• lead selected enterprise implementations from discovery through launch
• hire, coach, and develop consultants
• measure bookings, margin, utilization, time to value, and customer satisfaction.
