Project Administrator

Job overview

The Project Administrator role is onsite in Roseville, CA, with compensation of $75,000 per year. The position supports construction projects and works with project managers, field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The administrator keeps project documentation, procurement, contract coordination, financial tracking, and drafting support organized so project teams can coordinate work and move construction projects forward.

What you'll do

• Maintain project trackers, material and order logs, specifications, bills of materials, and project files
• coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, permits, invoices, subcontractor documentation, and change orders
• support budget tracking and procurement
• prepare vendor requests for quotes
• attend coordination meetings and distribute minutes and updates
• provide AutoCAD drafting support and material takeoffs
• generate bills of materials and quantity takeoffs from Revit models
• coordinate drawing questions with architects and engineers.
