What you'll do

• Assist with new business questionnaires, including RFPs and RFQs
• help plan, schedule, and conduct new business meetings and presentations
• coordinate basic agency materials and internal initiatives and events
• maintain the SharePoint marketing library
• support client and prospect research, including brand, competitive, and industry research
• assist with the monthly eNewsletter and agency website
• maintain the sales pipeline and prospect list.
