Counter Sales Associate — Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical

What you'll do

• Facilitate customer orders at the City Desk
• assist with product inquiries
• write and occasionally fill orders accurately and promptly
• generate quotations and follow up as needed
• provide troubleshooting and technical support
• work with sales teammates to resolve customer service issues
• restock and monitor counter inventory
• remove damaged products
• maintain the counter display
• identify additional products for sale when applicable.
