The Janitorial / Custodial Supervisor role is onsite at NGA West - Cass Ave in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $25.50 per hour. The role supports custodial operations at the NGA West site; obtaining and maintaining the required TS/SCI security clearance is necessary to access the primary worksite. The supervisor helps maintain clean, safe facilities by guiding and training custodial staff while also performing hands-on cleaning. Inspections, supply and equipment oversight, and coordination with building and maintenance teams help ensure daily work meets cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and train custodial staff
• perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
• inspect facilities for cleanliness and safety compliance
• track cleaning supplies and equipment and report replenishment needs
• respond to urgent cleaning needs and hazards
• coordinate with building management and maintenance
• assist the Custodial Project Manager with procedures, safety protocols, and quality control.
