What you'll do

• Drive operational and financial performance across four locations and specialties
• establish clinical support workflows, scheduling discipline, and patient experience standards
• own the annual operating budget and business performance indicators
• oversee revenue cycle, billing, collections, and payer strategy
• lead and develop executive and location leadership teams
• apply AI tools to administrative productivity with standards consistent with HIPAA and patient privacy
• partner with ownership on strategy and capital priorities
• maintain compliance with state dental board requirements, OSHA, HIPAA, and payer regulations.
