What you'll do

• Wash, cut, and marinate ingredients
• participate in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and kitchen directions
• keep kitchen areas and workstations clean and organized in line with health and sanitation guidelines
• wash dishes
• use and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions or safety issues
• assist with other kitchen functions as needed.
