What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
• schedule vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine scope
• maintain service schedules
• complete minor carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs when permits are not required
• complete work orders
• inspect building systems and common areas
• monitor building controls
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• maintain equipment and records.
