The Propeller Mechanic — Second Shift role is onsite in Fairhope, AL, working four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 2 p.m. to midnight, with a paid lunch. Pay is $23–$35 per hour. Segers Aero Corporation performs maintenance on customers’ aircraft and engine accessories. This mechanic evaluates, repairs, and prepares propeller components in accordance with overhaul manuals, company procedures, and aviation practices. The work supports production goals and ensures components are tested, documented, and ready for final inspection or shipment.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and inspect aircraft engine accessories and propeller components
• interpret overhaul manuals
• disassemble, measure, repair, grind, polish, treat, paint, and test blades
• document inspections and measurements
• prepare components and paperwork for final inspection or shipment
• maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
