What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day construction project accounting
• enter and verify financial transactions
• process accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank and credit card statements
• prepare financial and job-cost reports
• monitor project budgets and financial performance
• process payroll
• communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors about billing and payments
• maintain accurate records
• develop and implement compliant accounting policies
• stay current on construction accounting practices, including lien waivers
• collaborate with project managers to keep projects within budget.
