What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices, prepare check or credit-card payments, maintain vendor records, respond to vendor inquiries, and assist with credit-card reconciliation and month-end close.
• Process incoming payments, prepare deposits, post payments, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist with journal entries, general-ledger coding, audits, reporting, documentation, and internal controls.
