What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned unit
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and grievances and report to the Director of Nursing as needed
• maintain adequate medication and supply stocks
• assist with resident nursing-needs assessments
• make nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff training
• review nurses’ notes for completeness and alignment with care provided and resident wishes.
