What you'll do
- Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs and other products
- perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
- train bank staff or vendors on equipment maintenance
- manage spare parts and inventory processes
- complete administrative reports
- coordinate with support teams
- respond to customer service obligations
- and perform on-call duty. Occasional travel outside the home territory may be required.
