What you'll do

  • Partner with Human Resources on compliant onboarding, annual and regulatory training, and credentialing and records management
  • design, deliver, and evaluate campus-wide education
  • coordinate onboarding for clinical team members
  • verify and track licenses and certifications
  • maintain an auditable compliance dashboard and renewal reminders
  • maintain relationships with nursing programs for clinical rotations.
