Wellness Ambassador

The Wellness Ambassador role is onsite at the Restore Hyper Wellness studio in Kirkland, WA. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. The role supports clients’ wellness experiences and transformations at Restore Hyper Wellness. The ambassador combines client service, studio operations, and sales by educating clients about therapies, supporting memberships, managing onboarding and inquiries, and helping maintain a welcoming, safe studio.

What you'll do

• Lead studio tours
• provide personalized sales and service
• educate clients on therapies, benefits, and safety
• support membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
• guide onboarding and create point-of-sale profiles
• manage communications, scheduling, and inquiries
• conduct outreach
• support studio operations, marketing initiatives, events, and community programs
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
