What you'll do

• Inspect incoming shipments and report damage or shortages
• ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications
• maintain shipping supplies
• direct shipment preparation and receiving activities
• place daily parts orders and assist with weekly stock orders
• return unused parts and cores and follow up on credits
• provide warranty documentation
• file parts invoices
• assist with payment processing and technician parts requests
• add parts to inventory in the correct bin.
