The Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor — Third Shift role is onsite in Lincoln, RI, working 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. The supervisor supports Calise Bakery’s bread and roll production operations. This working leader coordinates maintenance staff and equipment repairs to keep production machinery operating, ensure preventive maintenance is completed, and support food safety and plant safety programs.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department activities
• oversee machinery disassembly, repair, and reassembly
• maintain production and processing equipment
• inspect parts and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
• verify repairs
• update preventive maintenance systems
• record maintenance in the computerized system
• address worker issues
• conduct safety and pre-operational inspections
• support Food Safety Modernization Act activities and food safety programs
• ensure preventive maintenance is completed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
