What you'll do

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• assist with mobility, personal care, hygiene, and recommended exercises
• shop with or for clients as needed
• perform light housekeeping and prepare meals with attention to dietary constraints
• report unusual incidents to office personnel and family
• respond responsibly to emergencies
• record work hours on agency care sheets.
