The role contributes to successful project delivery by protecting profitability and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple commercial drywall projects or complex assignments
• manage preconstruction, estimating, execution, and closeout
• establish budgets and contract pricing
• negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases
• prepare bid packages
• coordinate procurement and material delivery
• maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reports
• ensure contract compliance
• build stakeholder relationships
• develop safety plans with field leadership
• supervise project teams
• oversee quality control
• resolve conflicts
• document project events
• and support business development and project presentations.
