Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Provo, UT. Compensation is $90–$115 per hour. Little Champs ABA provides applied behavior analysis services and supports individuals with behavioral challenges. The analyst assesses clients, develops and updates individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and uses data to guide program changes. The role also trains and supervises behavior technicians, reviews clinical documentation, and collaborates with families, caregivers, and treatment teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct patient assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans, ABA curriculum plans, and behavior intervention plans
• train and supervise behavior technicians and other professionals
• meet with treatment teams
• collaborate with families and caregivers
• review reports and session notes
• analyze ABA data and make data-driven program changes
• write client progress reports.
