The Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports Celebree School’s work to protect, educate, and nurture children. The aide assists lead teachers with classroom care and learning activities, helping meet children’s individual needs and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.

What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and regulatory compliance
• help create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• support classroom transitions
• supervise children during activities and use positive discipline techniques
• maintain a clean and safe classroom
• communicate with parents about concerns, feedback, and children’s development.
