The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) role is onsite in Catawba, NC. Pay is $15.50–$21.00 per hour, based on experience. SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover provides non-medical care intended to help clients live safely and independently at home. The attendant provides one-on-one assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; companionship and emotional support; meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry; and communicates with clients, families, and the office team. The role promotes client safety, independence, and dignity.
