Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Maintain filing systems for financial records and documents
• assist with training Accounts Payable Specialists as needed
• serve as point of contact when the Accounts Payable Manager and Assistant Manager are unavailable
• process vendor invoices, utility bills, third-party payments, credit card payments, and online payments
• ensure payments are accurate and current
• post daily business transactions
• reconcile processed work and system reports
• generate vendor payments and match checks with supporting documentation.

Why this role
