What you'll do

• Supervise property maintenance
• organize and manage maintenance operations, service requests, turnover schedules, inventory, and ordering
• manage an on-call schedule and perform emergency after-hours maintenance as required
• lead punch-list work and reinspect units
• obtain bids and negotiate vendor prices
• manage contracts and warranties
• perform minor and routine repairs
• train and lead maintenance staff.
