Interventional Pain Physician

The Interventional Pain Physician role is onsite at clinics in Rancho Mirage, San Jacinto, or Victorville, CA, with floating among the employer’s eight clinics required. Compensation is $280,000–$310,000 per year. Lifekind Health’s mission is to provide whole, human, and healing care through medical, behavioral, and lifestyle support. The physician evaluates and treats acute and chronic pain through individualized plans and interventional procedures in clinic and ambulatory surgery center settings. The role supports procedural care and practice growth while collaborating with advanced practice providers, referring clinicians, surgical center staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain
• develop interventional treatment plans
• perform listed pain procedures using fluoroscopic or ultrasound guidance
• maintain procedural schedules and participate in ASC block scheduling
• review relevant imaging
• document in the EMR
• supervise APPs
• collaborate with care teams
• refer appropriate patients to multidisciplinary services
• support evidence-based planning, quality improvement, compliance, and clinic growth.
