What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between the site supervisor, account or field operations manager, and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within the approved empowerment range.
• Perform foot patrol duties requiring walking and standing, work outdoors in the elements, prepare reports and logs, and handle common and crisis situations calmly.
