What you'll do

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• provide activity reports to the agent
• remain current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.

Why this role
