What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations, laptops, tablets, phones, and meeting spaces
• run updates and configure Microsoft and cybersecurity applications
• assist with printers and conference rooms
• provision accounts and hardware
• support access controls and endpoint security checks
• log, categorize, prioritize, and document tickets
• track hardware inventory and contribute to the knowledge base.
