What you'll do

• Maintain applicant tracking system positions and data
• coordinate job postings with recruiters and hiring managers
• support recruiting events
• prepare and verify offer documents
• coordinate background screening and follow up on incomplete steps
• review discrepancies and escalate as required
• maintain NMLS licenses and I-9 records
• facilitate onboarding
• respond to candidate and manager inquiries
• generate recruitment reports
• support HR systems and process improvements.
