Shelter Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise Shift Supervisors and assigned staff
• participate in hiring and onboarding
• coordinate schedules and shift coverage
• serve as an on-call resource
• review staff time
• facilitate staff meetings and shift briefings
• oversee shelter policies and operations
• coordinate intake, check-in, check-out, and bed assignments
• maintain records and incident reports
• coordinate supplies, vendors, and facility needs
• support trauma-informed guest interactions, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and referrals
• collaborate with community partners.
