What you'll do

• Design and implement centralized procurement procedures, workflows, approval structures, documentation standards, and controls
• develop procurement policy and roadmap
• establish purchasing roles and segregation of duties
• lead sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchasing
• create vendor onboarding, due diligence, inventory, performance, and risk processes
• coordinate contract review and renewals
• align purchasing with budgets and financial controls
• analyze spend and identify savings
• support audits and compliance
• evaluate procurement technology
• develop dashboards and KPIs
• build staffing, training, and performance expectations for the function.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and 5–7 years of progressively responsible procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply-chain, or vendor-management experience. Experience building procurement processes and negotiating vendor agreements is sought; government-contract experience and procurement certifications are preferred.
