• Run the annual talent cycle from goal setting and performance through calibration, talent reviews, succession, and talent pools
• build standard work, calendars, and materials
• partner on talent philosophy and practices
• train HR business partners and managers
• lead priority talent projects
• support executive talent processes
• manage talent vendors
• partner with HR Shared Services and HR Technology on processes, systems, and data.
