What you'll do

• Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual audits
• interview insured clients, conduct walkthroughs, and verify business operations
• collect, organize, and verify documentation
• prepare and submit detailed audit reports
• communicate with insureds and internal stakeholders
• identify and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships
• collaborate with colleagues and leaders to uphold quality standards.
