Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in WARRENTON, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am. What you'll do

• Welcome customers with top-tier service
• prepare quality food and beverages to specifications
• mentor and coach team members
• manage product ordering, merchandising, and rotation
• maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
