What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and give tours
• facilitate account updates
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• assist with club cleanliness and complete nightly cleaning tasks, including locker-room and floor cleaning.
