The ServiceNow Architect role is onsite in Lanham, MD, and compensation is not specified. The architect will support SD Solutions’ work on the Internal Revenue Service IRWorks enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role provides technical leadership for enterprise architecture, platform governance, solution and integration design, and modernization. It helps maintain a secure, scalable, well-governed platform and supports its performance, availability, and readiness for filing season.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, technical design, and platform strategy
• develop scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices
• establish architectural standards and review customizations
• design integrations
• maintain architecture documentation
• oversee developers, administrators, and third-party teams
• support upgrades, optimization, and roadmap development
• support CMDB/CSDM implementation, security, governance, and platform readiness.
