The Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory role is onsite in Rockville, MD, with compensation of $35–$40 per hour depending on experience. Arthritis & Rheumatism Associates provides clinical care supported by its laboratory services. The technologist performs and reports laboratory testing used in disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The role maintains quality control and instrument readiness across multiple testing areas and assumes Laboratory Manager responsibilities when that manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Perform laboratory testing and quality controls in chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urinalysis
• maintain instruments on daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled schedules
• interpret and report results
• perform assigned Laboratory Manager duties
• follow laboratory safety and infection-control policies.
