eCommerce Operations Administrator and Shipping Clerk

What you'll do

• Follow up with clients and partners
• follow security protocols and company policies to help detect and prevent fraud
• call clients, buyers, partner companies, and vendors
• use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• research and identify items and their value
• photograph and list items in the correct format
• maintain positive relationships
• resolve problems
• communicate policies to customers
• assist with marketing and electronic sales initiatives.
