What you'll do

• Visit assigned middle and high schools to recruit and enroll eligible students
• ensure applications, parental consent forms, and eligibility documents are complete
• follow up on missing documentation
• monitor enrollment, attendance, and participation
• maintain accurate and confidential student records in the Blumen database
• assist with Annual Performance Report data collection and reporting
• coordinate workshops, college tours, field trips, and educational activities
• track program invoices and maintain program files
• assist with calendars, scheduling, and administrative reporting
• provide progress updates to the Program Director.
