The Dining Cook III role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position supports restaurant service and catered events at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. The cook prepares hot and cold foods to chef specifications, maintains an assigned station, and supports consistent food quality and safe food handling. Coordination with chefs and production staff helps meet daily production needs and service requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain station mise en place
• cook food to order and proper temperatures
• store, cool, and label products
• submit next-day production needs
• communicate with chefs about production
• rotate mise en place
• prepare simple sauces, dressings, and purees
• work breakfast, pantry, and barista stations
• follow recipes and food safety procedures
• maintain cleanliness.
