The Production Shift Lead – Days, High-Speed Line role is onsite in Chippewa Falls, WI. Compensation is $27.38 per hour. Premium Waters bottles private-label water products and emphasizes quality and environmentally friendly production. The lead backs up the Production Supervisor, trains production staff, and oversees daily production activities on a high-speed bottling line. Hands-on equipment support, safety and quality checks, and team development contribute to safe operations and on-time product delivery.

What you'll do

• Assist the Production Supervisor in leading 6–8 production employees
• train and support production and injection molding staff
• enforce safety guidelines and provide hands-on safety training
• lead, motivate, and delegate production personnel
• spend at least 95% of time on the production floor
• set up, operate, train on, and troubleshoot packaging and production equipment
• complete packaging and food safety quality checks and document results
• ensure staff follow quality and food safety procedures
• support on-time delivery
• maintain production area cleanliness and equipment care
• complete paperwork accurately.
