The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is a remote role based in St. Thomas, VI, with a base salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 per year and an OTE of $290,000 to $320,000. This position is part of the Enterprise sales team at iCIMS. This role exists to drive sales of the iCIMS Talent Cloud to large enterprise accounts in the South Central US. The executive will lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract, to help organizations improve their talent acquisition outcomes.
