Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Pflugerville, TX, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. The role develops leads, helps customers identify suitable products and services, and manages orders through follow-up and resolution. It also supports sales administration through order, inventory, pricing, and customer-record updates, helping the team meet sales and service goals.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• consult with customers by phone, email, or in person
• explain product features and services
• quote prices, terms, warranties, and delivery dates
• prepare sales contracts
• receive payments or obtain credit authorization
• follow up on orders and resolve issues
• source sales opportunities
• enter and manage orders, inventory, and pricing
• maintain customer records
• support sales reporting and product knowledge.
