What you'll do

• Support store operations and guest service
• assist guests with gaming needs and promote products, reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty benefits
• process purchases and returns
• train and provide feedback to associates
• help schedule staff and approve payroll
• maintain merchandising, cleanliness, inventory, and loss prevention
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• reconcile transactions and deposits
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager’s absence.
