Bilingual Second-Shift Night Manager, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Build relationships with independent contractors, in-house teams, and clients
• communicate client priorities and resolve service issues
• inspect facilities and review scopes of work
• coach and support contractors
• provide nightly recaps to the Facility Solutions Manager
• manage customer requests and complaints
• help launch new client accounts
• recommend contractor assignments
• ensure compliance with client policies and approved products and equipment
• support clients, contractors, and the team as needed.
